Leon Mege operates by appointment only. All visits must be scheduled in advance. We do not accept walk-in visitors under any circumstances. We require a retainer for all first-time in-person consultations. When scheduling an appointment, please share the purpose of your visit so we can prepare accordingly and make the meeting as productive as possible.

For security purposes, all areas of the premises are subject to continuous video surveillance. Access to workshop and production areas is strictly prohibited. To avoid disruption of our staff and operations, facility tours are not available. Visitors are requested not to photograph, videotape, or make audio recordings anywhere on the premises without our explicit permission. If a visitor is accompanied by armed security personnel, such personnel must remain outside the premises unless there are prior arrangements for special accommodations.
Appointment Hours
Appointments are generally available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays. We are closed on weekends year-round, in observance of the National Football League in the winter and beach escapes in the summer. Evening or after-hours appointments may be available for celebrities at the sole discretion of Leon Mege personally. Clients who are unable to visit during normal business hours are encouraged to schedule a phone consultation.
Appointment Duration and Attendance
Appointments are typically scheduled in one-hour increments. While we make every effort to accommodate longer consultations when necessary, meetings may need to conclude when a subsequent appointment is scheduled. Unless otherwise arranged, appointments are intended for a single client. If additional guests will attend, please provide their names in advance. Due to limited space and security reasons, no more than three visitors may attend a single appointment.
Late Arrivals, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Travel within New York City can be unpredictable. If you anticipate a late arrival, please call us at (212) 768-3868 as soon as possible. Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate a later meeting time or reschedule the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as far in advance as possible. Leon Mege Inc. reserves the right to reschedule, shorten, or cancel appointments when a client arrives late or fails to appear at the scheduled time.
