Complimentary Overnight Shipping
Enjoy free overnight shipping when you purchase a Leon Megé custom-made or stock piece. Free shipping applies only to complete pieces in which Leon Megé supplied all materials and labor, including every stone.
Free shipping does not apply to repairs and pieces that contain customer-supplied stones. In those cases, please get in touch with us for a shipping estimate. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may change at the carrier’s discretion without notice.
Before We Ship
We never send a package without contacting you first. Before making shipping arrangements, we will reconfirm your shipping address and the exact delivery date with you. You must be home to sign for the package; an adult signature is required.
Shipping Method and Origin
- All packages ship from zip code 10036 (New York, NY).
- All orders ship overnight via a carrier of our choice.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm Eastern Time on Thursday ship the following Monday.
- Our insurer does not permit Saturday deliveries.
We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the carrier picks up the package. Because delivery is handled by a third party, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. For your protection:
- All packages are insured for their full value.
- All deliveries must go to a physical business or home address. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
- All packages require an adult signature.
- Insurance coverage ends the moment someone signs for the package. If you cannot accept delivery, please designate a trusted person to sign on your behalf.
High-Value Orders (Over $75,000)
High-value items over $75,000 are usually shipped via Brink’s or Malka-Amit. These packages must be delivered to a valid business address or picked up at the carrier’s location. Please contact Brink’s or Malka-Amit directly for their locations and hours of operation.
