Return Process


All sales and orders are considered final unless otherwise noted. We are not a library.


The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Custom work of any kind
  • Engraved, customized or otherwise personalized items
  • Items that are back-ordered
  • Items sold at a discount (final sale)
  • Loose gemstones and diamonds
  • Items purchased using the “Make me an offer I can’t refuse” feature


Refunds are issued within 3 business days either by check or by wire transfer at our discretion.
International refunds will be issued via wire transfer.

Credit card purchases will be refunded back to the card, minus a 3% bank fee.

Without prior notification, the item will not be accepted. Contact our office by calling (212) 768-3868 prior to returning your item. Our approval is required if you choose to email us instead. We will email the approval within one business day.

Notifications by email must be confirmed by us and replied to.

All returned packages must be insured for the full amount. All original laboratory reports, appraisals and sales receipts must be included with the shipment. If the original grading certificate is not returned along with the stone, a $200 service charge will be deducted in addition to the certificate replacement cost.

All packaging materials such as ring boxes, certificates of authenticity, etc., must be returned in their original condition.
