Leon Mege celebrates the 100th Anniversary of Women’s Suffrage by creating a ring with The Suffragette movement colors – green and purple, to symbolize dignity and hope. The truly unique right-hand ring features a vivid garnet flanked by two emeralds for an intriguing color combination. The Suffragette movement of the late 1800s is one of the earliest women’s organizations to fight for equality and voting rights. The women were persecuted for voicing their opinions while enduring arson, loss of property, and jail time.
