French Cut Diamond Band r8407

Twenty-one rare French cut diamonds totaling 3.60 carats are channel-set in a milgrained platinum montage. All stones are natural, non-certified diamonds G/VS color and clarity, precision calibrated to exact match. A fusion of art and science in a unique Art Deco-style bespoke wedding band is a work of art by renowned American jeweler Leon Mege. Art Deco style originated in Paris in the 1920s and is still the hallmark of elegance, glamor, functionality, and modernism.
All stones are set very low; the band is less than 2.5 mm in height.

The 4.2 mm wide band is size 6 US, and it cannot be re-sized. Please do not forget to mention your finger size when you contact us for a custom price quote. Art Deco’s artistic style had its origins in Paris in the 1920s and faded away after World War II. The name refers to the 1925 Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes culminating in high-end style Moderne in Paris. However, Art Deco affected all areas of design throughout the 1920s and 1930s, including architecture, industrial design, the graphic arts, and films.
